Origins

My home studio plays a crucial role in fostering my creativity. I surround myself with music that carries nostalgic value and sets the mood for my work. Artists often find inspiration in their past experiences, and my undergraduate school days listening to Audioslave, Nine Inch Nails and Massive Attack hold a special place in my heart. I paint at my dining room table. This is the same table I grew up eating at, doing my homework, using a touchtone phone, feeding my son since he was small. I do my bills at this table, I worked on my masters degree here, I eat here, I taught remote school through the pandemic, and this is the same table in which I have always made art. This place is a unique synergy the combines that sum of all things in my life. My enigma.
